We’re making time to put the planet first!

Come celebrate everyone’s ability to make a difference by implementing and practicing
simple green-living principles!  Be a part of a sustainable, group-effort to build healthy communities locally, nationally and even internationally!

Have fun in this interactive, family-friendly and educational day.  There will be music and dancing, food and lots of opportunities to explore energy conservation, water conservation, waste reduction and diversion, gardening, composting, green building, education and MORE!

We can make a difference, in the health of our planet, if we do it collectively, as
a community, as a global community.  Everyone has something to contribute! Be a part and learn as we exchange green practices from so many different city departments, local business, area service clubs, non-profit organizations, schools, and our district utilities.

In addition we want local green-savvy residents to come together and share what they are doing to reduce their carbon foot print, educate their neighbors and beyond and share their tricks of the trade and show us how it’s done!!
